§ 150.095 BRICK, MORTAR AND MASONRY.
   Brick, hollow clay tile, precast concrete blocks or tiles shall meet the requirements of the American Society for Testing Materials (A.S.T.M.). For all masonry, mortar shall contain not less than 1 part Portland cement, 1 part lime and 6 parts sand, or 1 part masonry cement and 3 parts sand. Masonry units shall be set in mortar beds.
