§ 150.093 STEEL OR METAL BUILDINGS.
   Steel or metal buildings shall be designed to meet the following requirements.
   (A)   Roof live load: 30 pounds per square foot.
   (B)   Wind load: 20 pounds per square foot.
   (C)   All outside walls which are not load bearing shall have a curtain wall 12 inches below finish ground level.
   (D)   All load bearing walls shall have a footing and foundation wall as specified in this subchapter.
   (E)   All metal building contractors shall present to the Code Enforcement Officer, prior to the erection of the building, a letter from the manufacturer that the building shipped for the permit application will comply with loadings enumerated in this subchapter. The letter shall bear the signature and seal of a registered engineer or architect employed by the manufacturer.
