Every dwelling unit shall have at least 1 habitable room which shall have not less than 150 square feet of floor area. Other habitable rooms shall have an area of not less than 70 square feet. Every kitchen shall have not less than 50 square feet of floor area. Habitable rooms, except for the kitchen, shall be not less than 7 feet in any horizontal dimension.
