§ 130.056 DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   For purposes of this subchapter, material is DISPLAYED IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER if it is exhibited or exposed to view in an area of the business or commercial establishment where minors, who are unaccompanied by a parent or lawful guardian, are allowed or invited or if it is visible from a public street or public place to which minors have access.
   (B)   For purposes of this subchapter, material is MADE ACCESSIBLE IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER if it is available to minors, who are unaccompanied by a parent or lawful guardian, such that they may handle, read, hear, view or look through the material as part of the general public or otherwise and thereby be exposed to material harmful to minors.
   (C)   All other definitions applicable to this subchapter are found in Neb. RS 28-807, and such definitions are adopted and incorporated in this subchapter by reference as if set forth in full.
