§ 116.24 DANCING IN LICENSED PREMISES.
   It shall be permissible to dance in any premises licensed under the Nebraska Liquor Control Act; provided that, the licensee shall maintain a well-defined and designated area for dancing, and provided further that the licensee shall have paid to the City Clerk the required occupation tax levied against the licensee who permits the dancing.
