All police officers of the city are hereby authorized to enter at any time upon any premises of any licensee under the Nebraska Liquor Control Act within the city to determine whether any of the provisions of the Act or of this chapter or any rules or regulations adopted by the city or by the state’s Liquor Control Commission have been or are being violated, and at such time to examine sufficiently the premises of the licensee in connection therewith.
