§ 116.12 RESPONSIBILITY OF EMPLOYER FOR VIOLATIONS.
   The employer of any officer, director, manager or employees working in a retail liquor establishment shall be held to be liable for and guilty of any act of omission or violation of any law or ordinance, and each act or omission shall be deemed and held to be the act of the employer and will be punishable in the same manner as if the act or omission had been committed by him or her personally.
