§ 116.11 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER OF LICENSED PREMISES FOR VIOLATIONS.
   The owner of any premises used for the sale at retail of alcoholic beverages shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter to the same extent as the licensee if the owner shall permit the licensee to use the licensed premises in violation of any section of this code or state statute.
