§ 115.58 UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF INTERIOR REQUIRED; CLOSING OR LOCKING ROOMS.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of a pool or billiards establishment to obstruct the view from the outside into the establishment by the use of screens, blinds, paint or other means. It shall further be unlawful for the owner or operator of a pool or billiards establishment to close or lock any room, except rooms used for storage purposes only, while the pool or billiards establishment is open and available for public use.
