§ 115.23 INTOXICATED OR DISORDERLY PATRONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any sponsor or manager of a public dance to permit any person to enter and participate in the public dance if the sponsor or manager has reason to believe that the patron is in an intoxicated or disorderly state.
