§ 115.22 RESPONSIBILITIES OF SPONSOR; CONDUCT OF DANCE.
   Any person who sponsors or manages a public dance is hereby charged with the knowledge and notice of all the provisions in this subchapter as well as the responsibility of enforcing all city and state laws. Any person who fails to manage and control a dance in a lawful and peaceful manner shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
