§ 114.03 PRIVATE BEACON LIGHTS.
   No person shall install or operate a beacon light in the city. The term BEACON LIGHT, as used in this section, means any light which, by reason of construction, design, operation or candlepower, resembles a beacon light used in air commerce, or which may interfere with or confuse air navigation.
