The City Clerk shall collect all registration and renewal fees for gasfitters as occupation taxes. The governing body shall have the right to classify gasfitters for the purpose of setting registration and renewal fees, in such categories as it may, in its discretion, set. The categories are hereby declared to be reasonable and non-discriminatory. The actual amounts of the registration and rental fees shall be found in this chapter and shall also be on file at the office of the City Clerk.
