§ 113.09 ALLOWING NAME TO BE USED BY OTHER PERSON.
   No registered gasfitter shall allow his or her name to be used by another person, directly or indirectly, to obtain a permit for the installation of any work. If any registered gasfitter violates this provision, the Examining Board shall forthwith revoke the certificate of registration issued to the gasfitter, and, in addition to the revocation of the certificate of registration, the gasfitter shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor.
