§ 112.12 EXCEPTION FOR UTILITY COMPANIES.
   The provisions of this chapter relating to plumbers shall not apply to any public utility company serving the city and its inhabitants under a franchise agreement with the city, or its agents and employees, and shall not be construed as a limitation or restriction upon any franchises heretofore granted by the city.
