(A) No registered plumber shall allow his or her name to be used by another person, directly or indirectly, to obtain a permit for the installation of any work. If any registered plumber violates this provision, the governing body shall forthwith revoke the certificate of registration issued to the plumber.
(B) In addition to having his or her certificate of registration revoked, the master plumber may be prosecuted under the violation section of the city’s Plumbing Code.
