§ 112.09 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   The governing body, by a majority vote, shall have power to revoke any master plumber’s or journeyman’s certificate of registration, upon the recommendation of the Examining Board, if the certificate was obtained through error or fraud, or if the recipient thereof is shown to be grossly incompetent, or has a second time wilfully violated any of the provisions of the city’s Plumbing Code. If a certificate of registration is revoked, the holder of the certificate shall not apply for registration for 1 year after the revocation.
