§ 95.46 DISTANCE OF FACILITIES FROM MUNICIPAL WATER SOURCES.

   Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this subchapter, a permit to drill or operate any of the following-described facilities within the indicated number of feet from city municipal water well shall not be granted:

   (A)   Portable water well: 1,000 feet;

   (B)   Other well: 1,000 feet;

   (C)   Sewage lagoon: 1,000 feet;

   (D)   Absorption or disposal field for water: 500 feet;

   (E)   Cesspool: 500 feet;

   (F)   Dumping grounds: 500 feet;

   (G)   Feedlot or feedlot runoff: 500 feet;

   (H)   Livestock pasture or corral: 500 feet;

   (I)   Chemical product storage facility: 500 feet;

   (J)   Petroleum product storage facility: 500 feet;

   (K)   Pit toilet: 500 feet;

   (L)   Septic tank: 500 feet;

   (M)   Sewage treatment plant: 500 feet; and

   (N)   Sewage wet well: 500 feet.
