§ 95.43 PROHIBITED FACILITIES.

   It shall be unlawful to drill a well or operate any of the following facilities within the corporate limits of the City of North Platte without first having obtained the proper permit from the city’s Water Department:

   (A)   Sewage lagoon;

   (B)   Absorption or disposal field for water;

   (C)   Cesspool;

   (D)   Livestock feedlot;

   (E)   Livestock pasture or corral;

   (F)   Chemical product storage facility;

   (G)   Petroleum product storage facility;

   (H)   Sanitary landfill;

   (I)   Septic tank;

   (J)   Sewage treatment plant;

   (K)   Sewage wet well;

   (L)   Potable water well; and

   (M)   Any other well.
