§ 95.05 AGRICULTURAL EXCEPTION REQUEST.
   In cases where a property owner is using a developed or undeveloped parcel for the purposes of growing/producing agricultural products, hay, grain, wheat, alfalfa or other agricultural grown products, the owner may file a written exception request with the city development department for a waiver of § 95.04(B) requesting reducing the cutting, destroying and removal of all agriculturally grown vegetation of 12 inches in height growing thereon and upon ½ of any road, street or alley abutting the property from within 150 feet to 30 feet of any developed parcel. Additionally, the agricultural products/vegetation shall also comply with and be subject to all requirements imposed under § 91.05 of this code.
