(A) Personnel of the Fire Department shall be organized as follows: Fire Chief, Assistant Chief, Battalion Chief, Fire Marshal, 6 captains, 3 lieutenants and such other firefighters as the Mayor and Council may direct.
(B) There shall be established 3 companies, each company consisting of 1 Battalion Chief, 2 captains, 1 lieutenant and such firefighters as the Mayor and Council shall direct. The senior officer in charge at the answering station shall attend all alarm calls.
