§ 94.098 PUBLIC DISPLAYS.
   Public exhibitions or displays of discharging fireworks may be conducted without a sales permit, but shall be conducted according to rules and regulations prescribed by the state’s Fire Marshal in cooperation with the city’s Fire Chief. Where supervisors are required, the sponsor of the exhibition or display shall hire or engage the services of supervisors, who shall be approved by the city’s Fire Chief.
