The Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention or any inspector or member of the Fire Department designated by the Chief may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his or her jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, he or she may deem necessary to be made.
