§ 94.058 BULK STORAGE OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS.
   The limits referred to in § 3804.2 of the 2003 International Fire Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: by conditional use in an I-2 Zone when the aggregate capacity of any 1 installation is equal to or less than 2,000 gallon water capacity; by conditional use in a B-2 Zone when the aggregate capacity of any 1 installation is equal to or less than 1,000 gallon water capacity. Storage of LP gas other than as permitted herein is prohibited.
