§ 94.057 NEW BULK PLANTS FOR FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS.
   The limits referred to in § 3404.2.9.5 of the 2003 International Fire Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as follows: by conditional use in the I-2 zone.
