§ 94.021 LIFE SAFETY CODE; VEHICULAR GASEOUS FUEL SYSTEMS CODE ADOPTED.
   (A)   There is hereby adopted by the city, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing life safety from fire in buildings and structures, subject to all amendments now and hereafter adopted by the state’s Fire Marshal, that certain code known as the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, being particularly the 2012 Edition thereof, and the whole thereof, together with associated pamphlets, including the FFPA 1 Fire Code, 2012 Edition, save and except the portions as are deleted, modified or amended in this subchapter, of which code not less than 3 copies have been and are now on file with the City Clerk. The code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section and, from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the city.
   (B)   There is hereby adopted by the city, for the purpose of describing regulations governing the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) engine fuel systems on vehicles of all types and for fueling vehicle (dispensing) systems and associated storage, subject to all amendments now and hereafter adopted by the state’s Fire Marshal, that certain code known as the Vehicular Gaseous Fuel Systems Code (NFPA 52), recommended by the National Fire Protection Association, being particularly the 2010 Edition thereof, save and except the portions as are deleted, modified or amended in this subchapter, of which code not less than 3 copies have been and are now on file with the City Clerk. The code is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this section, and from the date on which this section shall take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the limits of the city.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the code adopted by this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with § 10.99.
