The Director of Leisure Services shall have the authority to rent the city swimming pools to such organizations and other persons as he or she may, in his or her discretion, see fit, subject to the review of the governing body. The Director shall prescribe rules and regulations for the rentals and shall require an appropriate number of qualified supervisors to be in attendance during the rental period. The fees and other costs shall be on file at the office of the City Clerk and posted in a conspicuous place at the city recreational facilities.
