(A) No person other than authorized personnel shall park or drive any motorized vehicle or snow machine on lawns, fields or any other places other than upon roadways and parking areas clearly constructed and established for such purposes within the parks, pathways or other recreation facilities.
(B) Enforcement of this section by the city’s Police Department shall be pursuant to the procedure and penalties set forth in Chapter 71 of this code.
