§ 93.03 PROHIBITED CONDUCT GENERALLY; PROPELLING, THROWING OR OPERATING DANGEROUS OBJECT OR DEVICE.
   (A)   Conduct which may reasonably be expected to substantially interfere with the use and enjoyment of park and recreation areas by the general public or to be a general nuisance is prohibited.
   (B)   Throwing, striking, propelling or otherwise operating flying or propelled objects of a potentially dangerous nature such as model airplanes, horseshoes, arrows, golf balls, baseballs, rocks or miniature automobiles is prohibited except in special areas provided for the purpose.
