In accordance with this title, and when properly signposted and when no special hazard exists, the following maximum speeds are permitted.
(A) Fifteen miles per hour.

Philip Avenue, between Bicentennial Avenue east to Newberry Access Road. |
State Farm Road, from Willow Street east 3,950 feet to the corporate limits. |
(C) Forty miles per hour.
Fourth Street, from Bicentennial Avenue east to Newberry Access Road. |
Newberry Access Road, from 200 feet north of Halligan Drive to State Farm Road. |
(D) Forty-five miles per hour.
Newberry Access Road, from Fourth Street to 700 feet north of Philip Avenue. |
US Highway 30, from Newberry Access Road east 740 feet. |
State Farm Road, from Newberry Access Road west approximately 4,100 feet to the corporate limits. |
(D) Fifty-five miles per hour.
Jeffers Street, from 1,000 feet south of Walker Road to State Farm Road. |
Newberry Access road, from 700 feet north of Philip Avenue to 200 feet north of Halligan Drive. |
