§ 75.03 REGISTRATION STICKER.
   Upon registering a bicycle, a registration sticker bearing the registration number assigned to the bicycle and the name of the city shall be issued. The registration sticker must be firmly attached to the main frame of the bicycle for which issued in a position as to be plainly visible.
