§ 70.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The following definitions and those in Neb. RS Ch. 39, shall be applied throughout this chapter. Where no definition is specified, the normal dictionary usage of the word shall apply.
   CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. All streets and portions of streets within the area bounded by Dewey Street from “B” to Front Street, Jeffers Street from “B” to 12th Street, Bailey Street from “B” to Front Street, and Vine Street from Third Street to Front Street and Chestnut from Third Street to Front Street.
   COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. Every vehicle designed, maintained or used primarily for the transportation of property.
   CURB LOADING ZONE. A space adjacent to a curb reserved for the exclusive use of vehicles during the loading or unloading of passengers or materials.
   DRIVER. Every person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle.
   FREIGHT CURB LOADING ZONE. A space adjacent to a curb for the exclusive use for vehicles during the loading or unloading of freight or passengers.
   PASSENGER CURB LOADING ZONE. A place adjacent to a curb reserved for the exclusive use of vehicles during the loading or unloading of passengers.
   TIME STANDARD. When certain hours are named in this chapter, they shall mean Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Saving Time, as may be in current use in the city.
