(A) All garbage shall be drained free of liquids and wrapped in single-use plastic bags sealed to prevent spillage, or similar material, prior to disposal. Liquid wastes shall not be placed in approved receptacles. All cans, bottles or other food containers shall be drained before disposal.
(B) Users shall be responsible for maintaining the lids or covers of the approved receptacle in a closed position and users shall be responsible to maintain the approved receptacle in sanitary condition, keeping odors and nuisances from existing or accumulating.
