§ 30.022 ORDER OF BUSINESS OF COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   All meetings of the Council shall be called to order by the presiding officer at the time set for the meeting, whereupon the Clerk shall call the roll of Council members, and, if there is a quorum present, the Council shall proceed to business in the order prescribed on the agenda.
