§ 52.057 REPAIR OF METERS.
   Except as outlined in § 52.056, all meters owned by the city requiring maintenance shall be repaired by the city at the city’s expense. All meters owned by the consumer requiring maintenance shall be repaired by either the owner or the city at the owner’s expense.
