§ 52.036 RIGHT OF CITY TO SHUT OFF WATER; AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS OR RATES.
   The Mayor and Council reserve the right at all times to shut off the water for necessary repairs or extensions. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to amend or alter, by ordinance, rules and regulations pertaining to water and water service, including the rates established under this chapter, when by them deemed advisable.
