§ 52.033 SERVICE CHARGE AND MAIN ASSESSMENTS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CITY.
   Applicants for water service whose property is situated outside the city shall pay a service charge and main assessments in such sums as the city shall in each case fix; provided that, nothing in this section shall be construed to obligate the city to furnish water service to non-residents unless it is able to do so without curtailing the demands of resident consumers or without overloading its pumps, machinery or other equipment.
