§ 52.031 INSTALLATION OF SERVICE.
   No person except the city or its agent designated for that purpose shall, under any circumstances, tap the commercial mains. Upon the filing of an application and payment of the service charge and other main assessments due, computed as provided in this chapter, the city will install the service pipe and curbstop or valve as required.
