§ 52.022 TAPPING OF MAINS TO BE DONE BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
   No person, except the city or authorized employees of the Water Division, shall be permitted, under any circumstances, to tap the mains or distributing pipes or insert corporation stops therein.
