The water system consists of all pumps, motors and reservoirs, and the plants wherein they are housed and operated, and all accessories and appurtenances thereto, which derive their water supply therefrom; also the central administrative office, located in the water and light building, together with all equipment, supplies and paraphernalia connected therewith and all records, books and data kept and built up in the conduct of the office. DIVISION or WATER DIVISION are used in this chapter, they shall mean the water system.
