§ 119.04 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or company engaged in the occupation of conducting the use of games of skill with betting capabilities within the city to allow or permit a game of skill with betting capabilities to be operated within the city between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. each and every day of the week.
