Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of $250 for a first offense. A subsequent violation of any aforementioned provision shall be punished by a fine of $250 to $500. In addition to any penalties for violation hereof, the Police Department may impound any all-terrain or utility-type vehicle when operated in violation of Nebraska law or this Code.
