§ 156.288.4 CONDITIONAL USES.
   Any conditional use that is permitted in the primary zoning district where this district is overlain where such conditional use has been duly authorized by the City Council in accordance with the requirements and procedures specified in this regulation, provided all buildings, structures and other obstacles comply with the height restrictions set forth in § 156.282 above.
