§ 155.593 EXPIRATION OF TENTATIVE APPROVAL.
   Approval of the tentative plan shall become null and void if a final plat in accordance with these regulations is not submitted within two years after the date of the approval of the tentative plan. If the subdivider cannot complete the recording of the final plat within the two-year time period, the subdivider may petition the city for an extension of the subdivision approval in accordance with the provisions hereof.
