A driveway serving more than one lot shall be a minimum of 15 feet wide, except as required by the UFC, and have a reciprocal access and maintenance easement recorded for all lots. No fence, structure or other obstacle shall be placed within the drive area. The Fire Marshal may require an emergency turn-around.
