§ 31.66 QUORUM; RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   A majority of the appointed Parks Board shall constitute a quorum. The Board shall adopt rules and regulations to conduct its affairs, which rules and regulations shall be consistent with the laws of the state, City Charter and city ordinances.
