(A)
Townhouses are unique in that the attached nature of the dwelling units can result in a bulkier housing product than single-family detached, duplex or triplex dwellings. These standards may differ from the development standards established for other uses in the same Zoning District.
(B) When a dimensional standard in this subchapter differs from that of the underlying district, the standard in this subchapter shall apply.
