(A) Violations of this subchapter by any Council member shall be brought to the attention of the Mayor or Council President. Upon such notification, the Mayor or Council President shall attempt to resolve the matter and prevent future violation by contact with the offending Council member. In the event such resolution or prevention fails, the Mayor or Council President shall place the matter on the Council agenda for consideration by the full Council.
(B) A Council member found by the Council to have violated these rules may be publicly reprimanded by the Council.
