For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CAMPER. Defined as in ORS 801.180. Said statute is adopted by this reference and made a part of this chapter.
MOTOR HOME. Defined as in ORS 801.350. Said statute is adopted by this reference and made a part of this chapter.
PERSON. Includes any natural individuals, firm, trust, partnership, association or corporation.
TRAILER. Defined as in ORS 801.560. Said statute is adopted by this reference and made apart of this chapter.
TRAILER COACH. A vehicle or mobile home which may be used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and constructed in such manner as to permit occupancy as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons. This shall include self-propelled living quarters.
TRAILER PARK. A lot or parcel of land used for the accommodation of one or more trailer coaches, occupied as living or sleeping quarters, regardless of whether or not a charge may be made for such accommodations.
