(A) Anyone who violates any provision of this general offenses title shall have committed an infraction and shall be processed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In lieu of the penalty provided for in division (A) above, a judge may sentence a person found in violation of this general offenses title to community service for such period as is provided for misdemeanors pursuant to ORS 137.126 to137.129.
